A Little About Our Co-op

St. Andrews Place is situated at Cedar Street and Third Avenue in Mission in a beautiful park-like setting of trees and gardens.  Away from the bustle of city life, but still close to medical, shopping and entertainment facilities. Both Public and private space in the Co-op is given to gardens. If you love to garden, you'll love living in St. Andrew's Place.

Our Units

Click the pictures above to click through to see the blue print layout of our suites.

Each unit has its own “outdoors" space, a patio or balcony and is fully equipped with fridge and stove. There is also a large utility storage room.

We have:

60 one bedroom units (600 sq. ft.)

30 two bedroom units (765 sq. ft.)  2 bedrooms are for two people only

Full disclosure: I am a terrible video recordist but if you want to take the chance and watch it,  below is a video of each 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units.

Please note every unit, may have a different floor or counter but this will give you a good idea of what our units look like.

1 bedroom unit

2 bedroom unit

We have a Hall with kitchen facilities & washrooms. Members can reserve this room if they wish to have a celebration. It is considered an extension of your unit. This is also where we hold our General meetings.

Some fun events that we have are:

  • We have a Walking Club, Bingo and Crib night.

  • We have a movie matinee twice a month.

  • We also have members that host a "Do Drop In" coffee day on Tuesdays.

  • We have a Game day on Thursdays where members have been enjoying the game of crokinole.

  • Twice a month we have a fun sing along Karaoke.

  • On special occasions we have live music.

  • We generally try to have a fun event every month like our Men's Barbecue and soup day.

We also have an inexpensive, clean , bright and secure laundry room in the hall as well. Rates for the machines are very reasonable.

This is such a beautiful place to live. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

My favorite nights are Karaoke nights. I can't sing but i love to listen.

I truly am so very lucky to live in a complex where my neighbours are like family.
